Impression
This hotel should use the slogan ‘come on over’. The outside looks, like the Sheraton Towers, very grey and unpleasant. It lies in the middle of the city, next to the expensive shops, but that is an air the hotel misses completely. In a somewhat messy way you will be lead to the lower parking garage, where you can take the elevator back up again.
reception
How different it is inside! Just renovated and with the typical Hilton marble, this gives such a different feeling. You would always want to get the guests inside blindfolded. The broad lobby with sitting spaces and the big reception desk are inviting you to stay.
public areas
The halls all look maintained fine. The word is that the new manager did all he could to keep the ‘outside’ image outside. Through clean halls, you will reach your room. The restaurant at the highest floor of the hotel gives a magnificent view, but not on the most beautiful part of the city.
rooms
The rooms have been decorated very tasty, one by one. Many warm and soft colours are used to make the business traveller feel at home. On the business floors your shoes will be polished, even at night! That is the way it should be. There is one thing that should be said about all the hotels of this concern; even though the rooms are very tasty furnished, they’re all the same. Don’t expect rooms with high ceilings, but economic furnitured rooms.

The big hall of this hotel is being used for wedding parties very often. This is very understandable because of the welcoming staircase. The maintenance is perfectly fine. There is also the opportunity to choose smaller halls for meetings, conferences or presentations.
situation
At the end of the Avenue Louise, the famous stylish street, this Hilton hotel lies. Easily reached from the highway, maybe a little too perfect, it does lie at the busy Brussels highway network. You can go shopping right outside the hotel and the different EU facilities aren’t far away either.
